EOS Inside Offsite Factory Tours Launch for 2017!

Following last years’ success, leading innovator in light steel frame, EOS Facades, is opening its doors to host another series of informative CPD Factory Tours as part of the Inside Offsite programme. The tours will take place on 15 and 16 February at their manufacturing facility in County Durham.

EOS specialise in the design, manufacture and supply of a wide range of steel solutions for the Steel Framing Systems (SFS) and offsite markets. The recent acquisition of EOS by prominent plasterboard and drywall systems producer, Siniat, follows a decade of significant investment in developing the company’s products and services, underpinned by state-of-the-art technology coming together to deliver award winning steel framing systems across a wide range of sectors.

The factory tours will include a presentation by the estimating team of how the EOS ‘lump sum’ quote is generated, demonstration of EOS’ design software, followed by a tour of the factory where delegates will see the new Howick FRAMA machine plus quality control, labelling, floor coding and traceability processes rounding off with EOS / Siniat external through wall system types and samples of the finished EOS product. Following the tour, the technical team will present a CPD session covering a variety of topics relating to this technology, as well as examples of best practice applications and project examples.

These tours are FREE to attend and are particularly relevant to architects, specifiers, contractors, procurement managers, engineers and clients.

Refreshments and safety equipment are provided throughout the day and overnight accommodation can be arranged on your behalf if required.

There are four session times to choose from:

• 15 February – 09.00-12.00pm OR 13:00 – 16.00pm
• 16 February – 09.00-12.00pm OR 13:00-16.00pm
