Ideal Standard extends Playa range

Ideal Standard, a leading designer of innovative and design-driven bathroom solutions, has extended its successful Playa range with the addition of a new collection of baths, offering a total bathroom solution.
Created by award-winning design house, Artefakt, the Playa range offers contemporary chic with a twist in a mix of round and rectangular shapes. Adopting this philosophy, the bath’s design is linked closely to that of the Playa basin. Wide surfaces and straight angles deliver a soothing bathing experience, making it the perfect solution when relaxation is a priority.
The baths are available in a standard 170 x 70cm, which also has a water-saving version, as well as a 160 x 70cm, ideal for those with limited space. They are also offered in a choice of materials – Ideal Form and Ideal Form Plus+. Idealform Plus+ technology offers superior strength and rigidity, as well as the ability to keep water warmer for longer.
The addition of Playa in Ideal Form Plus+ means the material is now available across a wider variety of Ideal Standard’s collections, from Alto to Softmood and across a variation of models including shower baths, space saving products, double ended and rectangular baths from 150cm to 180cm in size.
The Playa range currently comprises of five different basins, full and semi pedestal options, as well as three WC options plus bidet. The addition of the new bathing options completes the range and comes with a 25 year guarantee.
