The Old Trafford supporters club will be a newly built 138 bedroom hotel and will feature a five-a-side pitch on the roof. The building is being erected within close proximity to Old Trafford Football stadium.
A Waterproofing Solution
Newton Specialist Basement Contractor Trace Basements were appointed to design and install a waterproofing system that would be suitable for a ten storey new build. It was important a reliable system was in place as the building is being built close to a canal. In phase 1 Trace Basements installed Newton System 500 to combat the possibility of water ingress.
