Frontline website re-design and app

Leading bathroom distributor, Frontline Bathrooms Ltd, has made it easier for customers to browse its extensive catalogue through a re-design of its website and the introduction of a brochure app.

The website re-design provides a more informative portal to complement its existing 364-page brochure, responding to the growing trend for browsing products online and making it easier for customers to view the 6,000 plus products in the Frontline collection. It is now possible for website visitors to search and view individual items and extra information is included on each.

All the information is presented in a clear and user-friendly format, on separate tabs. As well as full product descriptions, diagrams and downloadable fitting instructions are also available and each product can be viewed close-up. Visitors are able to keep track of their searches by building a “Wish List” as they browse, which can then be emailed on to an address of their choice, whether it’s their local retailer, plumber, fitter or builder that recommended them or just friends and family for a second opinion.

Recognising that consumers are now seeking reassurance on brand and product quality, each item is accompanied by a “review” tab.  It is also possible to share individual items on Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest directly from the website; a feature Frontline hopes will boost its social media presence and customer engagement.

Recognising the growing trend for perusing products on the move, rather than in the home, Frontline has also introduced a brochure app. Available to download for free from both the iTunes App Store and Google Play Store, the app makes it possible for users to view the Frontline catalogue wherever they are and at any time. It also allows them to search for their closest stockist simply by entering their postcode.
