Dynamic valve system can generate up to 50% energy savings for pumps

Dynamic valve specialist Frese is now on their third generation of pressure independent control valves, a solution which ensure heating systems have the correct balance during operation and precise temperature control.

The valves, because of their precise control, can lead to up to a 50% saving on the energy a circulating pump consumes and also lead to a major reduction on energy bills for a buildings as boilers and chillers work more efficiently.

Frese, based in Denmark but with a UK office in the North West, is the world leader in pressure independent flow and temperature control valves.

The Frese system has been used for both small project and large scale schemes such as the Athletes Village at the London Olympics.
