Delivery and Installation
All installations are carried out by our very own Proactive AV DBS approved engineers. We will bring the kit to your premises each day unlike other suppliers who will arrange for a third party carrier to deliver all the equipment in one go, meaning that you need to find a safe and secure storage place until the installation takes place.
Disposal as per WEEE Regulations
If you require old AV equipment to be de-installed, we will remove it from site and dispose of it as per WEEE regulations.
After Sales Training
Our Proactive trainers carry out your post installation onsite training. They will ensure that your training package is tailored to your exact requirements.
After Sales Support
Our support team are always on hand to help with your queries and will deal with any warranty calls on your behalf.
