BARRIER COMPONENTS LAUNCH ERMETIKA EVOKIT DOOR SYSTEMS

Share

Architectural hardware supplier, Barrier Components Ltd., has introduced a range of innovative Pocket and Concealed Door Systems, manufactured by Ermetika of Italy, into its range and will be displaying them for all visitors to see at the FIT show on the 21-23 May at the NEC.

The new ABSOLUTE and EVOKIT Cavity door systems are designed to be easy to assemble and install and are available with single, bi-parting and synchronised opening. They are precision-made, manufactured in aluminium, made up from six horizontal bars and can bear up to 100kg in weight. The system is easily adjustable for installation into either 100 or 125mm plasterboard walling. The result is a discreet cavity door, either with or without architraves, massively saving on floor space when compared to standard swing doors. The systems allow for flush, solid, framed and frameless glass doors. All systems can also include a soft close mechanism.

The Absolute Swing Concealed door system provides a flush fitting door designed to be installed without architraves and provides an almost invisible door installation. This product, designed to meet high specifications, is fully reversible for either 100 or 125mm wall thickness and can be applied in a Riser door application dependent upon the rating required. Both the Evokit Pocket and Absolute Swing Reverse door kits achieve a 30-minute Fire Rating.
